The guys on the reception were so friendly and welcoming. I had spoken to the Manager the day before and made him aware I was staying at the hotel as I had a hospital procedure the next day and had to leave at 7am. They let us leave our car there until 2pm and didn't charge us any extra. They also offered us a room in the basement so we were nearer to the exit for our early departure. We were given a big bottle of water in case we wanted to make a cup of tea in our room. There was a mini fridge in our room which was really handy to have. The bed was really comfy and we both had a good night's sleep. My Husband dropped me off at the hospital and returned to the hotel for breakfast. He stated the cooked breakfast was ok but a little on the small size portion wise but it set him up for the day so he was happy. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel for its great location, customer service and for the price of the room with a cooked breakfast you can't go wrong.

We were welcomed by Kevin, who was extremely friendly and helpful. He showed us where our room was, where the breakfast room was (next door in the Admiral hotel, which is part of the same family-run business) and offered us recommendations for restaurants and local things to do. We were then offered a cold drink (free of charge). He could not have been more welcoming. The location is superb! Walking distance to Hyde Park, Little Venice, Notting Hill, Buckingham Palace, tube stations and many other things. The breakfast was included-good and filling and the lady working there was very friendly. Really appreciated having a fridge in our room- very useful for keeping our drinks nice and cold. The beds were very comfortable, there were charging points right next to the beds, free wifi and we could park right outside the hotel. Will definitely choose to stay here again next time we are in London.

The location is absolutely "spot-on". Walk exactly 2 blocks out of Paddington and you can easily locate the hotel. The area is very beautiful, peaceful and not secluded. Lots of places to eat and do basic groceries. The Hyde Park is right behind, about 7-8 minutes walk. My daughter and me walked there. Again, two undergrounds, Marble Arch and Lancaster Gate are near the Hyde Park. The room and bathroom were great. Small room but not suffocating. Very intelligently done with lots of storage space. The room was cleaned, towels and sheets replaced the second day. Thanks to Hillary for being so warm and sweet at breakfast. Kevin at the main desk was very very friendly and warm.

Great location near Paddington station! Many local shops for dining and drinking nearby at the end of the day. The hotel is an old building with a narrow staircase and the rooms are not very big , but the beds - most important thing for me - are big and comfortable and the pillows fluffy. We had a room on the first floor with a lovely view. They offered a full English breakfast and the basics such as coffee, tea, toast, jam, cereal etc. which was more than we could eat. The stuff was friendly and helpful - always with a smile!

I would highly recommend the KingswayPark hotel - the location is superb, 2 min walk to Paddington metro station. Walking distance to the supermarket if needed, a few good spots to eat nearby. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The room was comfortable enough and had 1 extra bed we did not use. Complimentary soft drinks were provided on arrival. The breakfast was cooked to order with a continental option available. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and I would highly recommend this hotel.
